Momentum started with a question I couldn’t shake:
”Why does better health still feel so out of reach for so many people, even when the science is right there?”
This platform is my attempt to bridge that gap.
We aim to take the most reliable, well-supported health principles, sleep, movement, nutrition, and make them usable. No filler. No strict protocols. Just simple, science-backed habits you can track, build on, and make your own.
You’ll find habits that are grounded in physiology and behavioural science. You’ll also find tools that help you build consistency, stay accountable, and track your progress over time. Whether you’re trying to feel better, think clearer, or just get started with something small, you’re in the right place.
This isn’t about becoming perfect. It’s about becoming just a little bit better, on purpose.
I’m still learning, but one thing’s clear: health advice has become too complicated.
