The purpose of our website is to help people feel more in control of their health by offering clear, science-based guidance on the habits that matter most. We distill complex research into approachable, practical tools for improving sleep, nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being. Our downloadable guides are designed to be easy to understand, low-friction to implement, and rooted in evidence. We also offer one-on-one coaching services for those looking for extra support in building healthy routines. These services can be purchased directly through the website. Additionally, we include curated product recommendations for supplements and wellness tools, with affiliate links to brands we trust and use ourselves. Privacy Your use of www.teammomentum.org is subject to Momentum's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices. Electronic Communications Visiting www.teammomentum.org or sending emails to Momentum constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Cancellation/Refund Policy We strive to provide high-quality resources and services designed to support your health and wellness journey. Because our offerings include both digital products and coaching services, our refund policy varies depending on the type of purchase. Digital Guides and Downloads Due to the nature of digital products, all guide purchases are non-refundable. Once the files have been delivered or downloaded, we are unable to issue a refund. Coaching Services If you’ve purchased a coaching package and have not yet used any sessions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once a session has been booked or used, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the remaining value of the package and scheduling availability. Product Recommendations Some pages may include affiliate links to recommended products. Purchases made through those links are handled by third-party retailers and are subject to their own return and refund policies. We do not handle returns or refunds for those products. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. Entire Agreement Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Momentum with respect to the Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.
